Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to secure your event date. This fee is applied toward your total balance. Remaining balances are due prior to or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Delivery & Setup A $50 delivery fee covers drop-off, professional setup, teardown, and pickup. Events located more than 25 miles from South Euclid, Ohio may be subject to additional mileage fees. The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the setup area and adequate space for safe installation. Staff Supervision Staff supervision is available for $50 per hour. Certain events (schools, large groups, public events, or multiple inflatables) may require staff supervision for safety and proper operation. If required, staff fees will be communicated prior to the event. Weather Policy Inflatable games cannot be operated in high winds, heavy rain, lightning, or other unsafe weather conditions. In the event of unsafe weather, rentals may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations once the inflatable has been delivered and set up. Safety & Use Inflatable games must be used only as instructed by Let’s Play Mobile Gaming. Shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, and chewing gum are not permitted on or inside the inflatables. Participants must follow posted rules and staff instructions at all times. Let’s Play Mobile Gaming reserves the right to stop use immediately if unsafe behavior occurs. Power & Location Requirements A standard power source may be required. If power is not available, arrangements must be made in advance. The setup area must be level, free of debris, and accessible for delivery vehicles. Damage & Liability The customer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines. Normal wear and tear is excluded. Let’s Play Mobile Gaming is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety rules. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event date to qualify for rescheduling. Booking fees are non-refundable but may be applied to a future date if rescheduled within 12 months, subject to availability. By booking an inflatable game, the customer agrees to all terms and policies listed above.
