We ask that our customers reserve at least 60 feet of space for parking. Due to the length of the truck and trailer, we need the space in case we need to parallel park. Per our policy, we do not park in driveways. For safety, we will only park on the street or in a parking lot.

Deposits are non-refundable. Once you have booked your event, we do not take any other bookings for that time frame, and for that reason, we are unable to refund the deposit. If there is inclement weather and we deem it unsafe for use, we will contact you to reschedule the event or a refund can be issued for these circumstances.
