Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling A $200 cancellation fee applies to all events canceled after the deposit has been received. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. You may reschedule your event one time at no additional cost. Safety Rules & Participant Guidelines All players must wear safety mask and vests, which will be provided by Let's Play Mobile Gaming. No physical contact, rough play, or intentional targeting of faces is allowed. Players must use only the gel blasters and ammo provided by Let's Play Mobile Gaming. No outside equipment is permitted. Let's Play Mobile Gaming staff have the right to remove any participant who does not follow the rules or engages in unsafe behavior. Gel blasters are low-impact and suitable for most ages, but adult supervision is required for children under 10 years old. Missing or Damaged Equipment A fee will be charged for any missing or damaged equipment. Charges will be based on the cost of replacement or repair. If equipment is damaged due to a malicious act, the responsible party will be held fully liable for the total replacement cost. Liability Waiver Let's Play Mobile Gaming is not responsible for any injuries that occur during the event. By participating, guests and hosts agree to assume all risks associated with gel blaster play. Weather Policy Gel blaster events cannot operate in inclement weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms, extreme wind). Gel blaster events will not be held if temperatures are below 50°F. If weather conditions prevent the event from taking place, you may reschedule at no additional cost. Let's Play Mobile Gaming will make the final decision on whether the event can proceed based on weather conditions. Setup & Play Area Requirements Gel blaster games can be played indoors or outdoors, but a large, open play area is recommended. The play area must be clear of obstacles to ensure safe movement during gameplay. Let's Play Mobile Gaming will provide all necessary equipment, including blasters, ammo, safety gear, and game barriers (if applicable). Media Notice Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and documentation purposes.
