Cancellation & Rescheduling A $200 cancellation fee applies to all events canceled after the deposit has been received. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. You may reschedule your event one time at no additional cost. Missing or Damaged Equipment A fee will be charged for any missing or damaged equipment. Charges will be based on the cost of replacement or repair. If equipment is damaged due to a malicious act, the responsible party will be held fully liable for the total replacement cost. Media Notice Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and documentation purposes.
