Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling A $200 cancellation fee applies to all events canceled after the deposit has been received. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. You may reschedule your event one time at no additional cost. Safety Rules & Participant Guidelines Foam is safe, non-toxic, and biodegradable, but participants should avoid ingesting it. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times during the foam party. No rough play, pushing, or running in the foam area, as surfaces may become slippery. Let's Play Mobile Gaming is not responsible for any slips, falls, or injuries during the event. The foam solution is safe for most clothing, but participants should wear lightweight, quick-drying clothes and avoid delicate fabrics. Equipment & Setup Let's Play Mobile Gaming will provide the foam cannon, solution, and necessary equipment for the party. The client must ensure the event space has access to water and electricity for proper setup. Foam parties are best suited for outdoor areas. If indoors, the client must ensure adequate drainage. Missing or Damaged Equipment A fee will be charged for any missing or damaged equipment. Charges will be based on the cost of replacement or repair. If equipment is damaged due to a malicious act, the responsible party will be held fully liable for the total replacement cost. Weather Policy Foam parties are weather-dependent. If rain or extreme weather prevents setup, you may reschedule your event at no additional cost. If weather conditions are questionable, Let's Play Mobile Gaming will make the final decision on whether the event can proceed. Media Notice Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and documentation purposes.
